We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and Holidays, and we do NOT ship orders the same day. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is at the discretion of the delivery courier to determine if the package is safe to leave in the open. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package, such as a work address or a friend's address. International customers (outside of the United States and Canada) are responsible for paying any applicable international taxes and duties, as well as any other fees deemed appropriate by your local Customs authority. We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We strive to expedite the shipping process, which means there is a very short window to cancel or change your order, including altering the shipping address.
